Project Description

Works within the main hospital building included reconfiguration / refurbishment works to the existing laboratories and disused ward area within the radiology block. The works consisted of demolition works, building extension and new link building to Physiotherapy block, installation of new boiler house, reconfiguration of ground floor and existing laboratories to provide new consultation and treatment rooms, installation of new flooring/ceilings and replacement windows. Works within the COTE building are located in Ward 25 and provided additional bed space and storage facilities. RJ McKelvey also provided all associated medical gas, mechanical and electrical installations.
