Project Description

The residents on Sandy Row welcomed this exciting new mini supermarket & off licence. Constructed & delivered in 16 weeks on the confines of a very tight brownfield site within an urban environment made this project demanding in its own right.

With piled foundations, & reinforced ground beam & structural slabs, portal frame, cavity block work construction & cladded insulated roof was the traditional construction element of the project. The delivery & installation of the bespoke shop fit installation brought the building to life.

A full M&E installation of HVAC, refrigeration, security safes, security & fire alarms, CCTV complemented the finished building to meet the demands of this busy retail development.
