Project Description

This project was for the construction of a new ‘Educational Village’ within the grounds of the existing grammar school, located in the heart of Magherafelt. The new-build modular units included 8 classrooms, a drama suite, art room and toilet block. Works also included the refurbishment of the existing Art Room and creation of a new link corridor. Full services and associated site works were also provided including the decommissioning and removal of existing modular classrooms.
