Project Description

Killyvilly Maintenance Depot successfully completed & delivered for the new Fermanagh & Omagh Super Council. This new state of the art Mechanics & Maintenance Facility was completed within the 6 month program & on budget with an extensive structural, architectural & civils package consisting of a 3 bay industrial mechanics garage & a state of the art rolling road & shaker plates which would only be found in the latest PSV centres across the UK & Ireland. Also installed was an exhaust extraction system, compressed air lines, hydraulic & engine oil lines, low energy LED lighting, A/C & HVAC, cctv & intruder security systems, fire alarm systems, mezzanine storage area, staff accommodation with offices & canteen area.
