Project Description

This project at the Foyle Jobs and Benefits Office, Derry involved the complete internal and external refurbishment of the existing 6 storey building, carried out over 6 phases whilst the building was fully occupied and operational throughout.

The internal refurbishment works included the complete strip out of each floor as well as demolition works to create a modern open plan office environment on each floor. A high specification finish was achieved throughout with new carpets, suspended ceilings, wall finished and fitout items.

The façade refurbishment included new proprietary insulated render system, fibre cement rainscreen cladding, aluminium window system and all associated works.

As this was a Design & Build contract, a full RIBA design package was provided to the client as part of the contract.
